We have created a Target Markets program that will guide a North American Company (Manufacturer or Service Provider) through the process of opening up access to international channel partners (distributors, agents, or representatives).

The Target Markets program is a three-step process:

  1. Define your companies international markets, plan your international strategy

    • Use key trade data and analytics to determine market
    • Find key factors that would increase the ability to sell your product
    • Plan your product landed cost to certain markets
  2. Survey market interest through dialogue with possible channel partners

    • Market Rep, Agent, Distributor, Reseller, Wholesaler, Retailer, or Integrator
  3. Selected a qualified channel partner to do business with and sell your product

The Target Markets program takes roughly three months to complete and up to six months to successfully sign a channel partner.   Upon completing the Target Markets program the US company obtains up to 8 qualified, vetted and interviewed foreign distributors in a market and have their import processes ready for each specific market.
