Why do you have a retainer fee? Because the process of handling your goods can be very extensive we charge a retainer for each product shipment to make sure we can handle any last minute fees or problems with your shipment.
What is an Importer of Record agreement? Because shipments need to be valued and signed for an importer of record agreement gives us power of attorney (in the United States) to be able to handle the shipments and discuss with customs and importation any questions that they may have.
